Mechanical part
The hopper is newly designed and welded with 16Mn steel,which has the high wearing feature and ensure the fluidity and absorbency of concrete.
1.S pipe valves
S tube valves are cast into shape with austenitic manganese steel ,the quick wearing surface is welded with wear resistant material ,have the dual advantages of anti-high pressure and anti-wearing.The inner surface of the pipe transits smoothly and the concret flows freely in the pipe improving the pumping performance further.The splined shaft is made of alloy and the surface is specially treated,its abrasion performance and fatigue strength is enhanced.
2.Glasses plates

Glasses plate and cut loop are made of wearable horniness alloy ,they have long service lives
3.Mixing system
The mixing system has special doubel sealing structure ,filled with high pressurelubricating oil,which can prevent the material entering the system and protect the mixing shaft.Feeding with highly wear-resistant and large-angle paddles efficiently boosts the absorption performance.

Lubricating system

Warrantee
The warranty will be one year from the date of shipment. Any detected parts during this period caused by the quality of products will be replaced by seller free of cost (exclude wear and tear parts), improper operation and other manmade reasons are excluded.
Payment terms
40% by T/T as advance payment with 7days after the contract signed, the balance of 60% paid after buyer’s products inspection in seller’s factory or seller send the finished pictures to buyer and 5 days before shipment.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery should be within 20 days from the date of receipt of 40% down payment.
